NTS IVR Environment is capable of running  simple to complicated Applications efficiently deploying the related technologies like VXML, Speech recognition, Speaker recognition etc.

NTS IVR is developed in using C++ language using native API of CTI boards which make NTS IVR more reliable, customisable and more flexible. it has a MIS and CMS Module built in the IVR System for managing voice prompts, viewing call logs etc.

Hardware Requirement to deploy the IVR Environment

1. Pentium IV with 128MB RAM or higher
2. Any database Server or Package
3. Windows OS ( We recommend Windows Server 2003 for high end IVR Systems, 30 channel or more).
4. CTI Board ( Analog or Digital Connectivity, E1/T1) starting from 4 port to 240 port.
