Customers will call in and prompted to select from categorised/sub categorised complaint type and they shall be given a Complaint ID. The complaint is then assigned to support staff based on various pre defined logic. Customers can call in IVR again to check status of the Complaint. Features like Auto escalation, SMS and Voice Alerts make the system more interesting. Staff can also call in IVR to change the status of Complaint or close it. As an Administrator you just have to monitor the complaint Records and measure the staff performance.
