Intelligent Call Control (ICC)

Every call counts and a missed call could be potentially missed revenue for your business. Intelligent Call Control can be accessed anywhere, anytime and with features such as real-time web based reporting, it gives you the ability to react quickly to changing call volumes.

The ICC suite of services includes Voice Portal, divert plans, CLI and other Logic based Call forwarding, hunt groups, virtual receptionist, scalable call queuing and call recording.

ICC Service Features Include:

Virtual Receptionist
Virtual Receptionist enables all inbound customer calls to be automatically answered and directed to the callers required destination.

Hunt Group
Hunt Group enables all incoming calls to be re-directed and answered utilising a maximum of 10 targets.

Standard and Customised Voice Prompts
The service contains a number of pre-recorded standard prompts including Welcome, Position in Queue, Queue On-Hold and Out of Hours. Queue Queue enables all incoming calls to be answered and queued within the network. These are then routed to their target destination quickly and efficiently based on the configurable queue settings.

Voice2email
This enables a callers message or a recording of the entire telephone conversation (if call recording has been activated) to be delivered as an attached WAV file to a specified email address.

Call Record
This enables the call to be recorded and sent to a specific email address or the Audio Server service.
