Voice Blast and Lead capturing feature
Bulk Voice messages are normally used for Advertising Campaigns, we add lead capturing feature into it where the Recipient could be prompted to get connected with sales team immediately. So not only does the system play “advertising message” but also helps in prompting the potential customers to get connected with Sales Team immediately. It is also coupled with Reports related to failed calls, calls not attended, successful call, timing and duration etc.

IVR Surveys
We offer a web based interface to design your own Survey form to add and sequence the questions to be asked to Respondents. Hosted IVR Complaint Management System (HICMS)/ Support Ticketing

Customers will call in and prompted to select from categorised/sub categorised complaint type and they shall be given a Complaint ID. Features like Auto escalation, SMS and Voice Alerts make the system more interesting. Staff can also call in IVR to change the status of Complaint or close it. As an Administrator you just have to monitor the complaint Records and measure the staff performance.
